Best 4K TVs. That, in a nutshell, is how you can use SharePoint in your iPad or iPhone. Pretty neat and pretty simple. However, this approach does have some limitations, including:.
If the reply is helpful to you, you could mark the reply as answer. Thanks for your understanding. Thanks for the response about the Android platform. Android is working mostly fine at this point. Without this working properly, we will not be able to purchase the licenses and use the software.
The primary issue is with the QuickLinks and Highlighted Content webparts. After we add Excel and PDF files to these webparts, and then attempt to open the files using iOS, the files open in a SharePoint preview window with no options to save to device, share, etc. My users will need to share the files once they preview them.
This is simply not possible. There is no option to open the Excel file in the OneDrive or Excel apps. To get around this unfortunate shortcoming, we have tried using a Document Library webpart. In this example, the Excel files open properly in an embedded OneDrive Excel preview window that offers the edit and share access icons we need.
Unfortunately, however, it is not practical for me to manually create links for each PDF I want my visitors to be able to access. They can only be opened in a limited SharePoint preview window. Finally, another problem I noticed is that when I add an image gallery to the SharePoint page and set the images to "Tiles" mode, the images cannot be viewed in iOS.
Clicking an image tile produces no reaction the image does not enlarge as it does on the Android app , and then the full app freezes and must be killed and then restarted.
If I switch the image galley to "Carousel" mode, it works in iOS without issue. I have had several other users test this with their iPhones, and the same issue is present for all. This means your organization's logo and colors can show up in the mobile app experience as they do on the web experience. Service admins can customize the theme for your organization.
This feature will be introduced soon to organizations that have opted in to the Targeted Release program. This means that you may not yet see this feature or it may look different than what is described in the help articles.

I have a blob created with a base64, and I need to make this data downloadable as a pdf. Do you know how can I download a blob got from a base64 no XHR involved in this browser? Thank you. Gerardo Furtado I am not sure whether your issue is the one described a github. You might have to use a lower-level JS library for that. Also, you need to see which headers are really interpreted by Safari, probably something with content-disposition.
The question hadn't received enough attention, thank you GerardoFurtado for the bounty. After a week, I'd confidently say that does not exist any specific workaround for this browser, and also the weirdest and most esoteric solutions, won't provide any satisfying result.
About my specific case, I explained the problem to the marketing department, and we opted to view the file in a new tab.
