I have factory reset my phone, ensured that the MMS auto download is on, the service center flashed the phone, and I have done all the things.
When I am in a group text, I will recieve some of the texts but then some of them will not download. The text will fall under the person who sent it and it will have the following:. At this point, I am ready to give up on Samsung. The service location could not resolve the issue and told me that I would have to send the phone into the service center without a temp being provided.
Obviously, sending my phone in without a back up is not an option. I have been having this issue for about two months now. This is largely a case of incorrect APN settings. But using custom ROMs with modified-who-knows-what , I usually have problems, and am not able to download them. I can modify the APN somewhat, but it still has quirks.
