I have a similar problem: 1st installation test gave error ; after that hitting install gave no errors anymore, just stuck at PegaSwitch screen; so I deleted the internet connection and re-install: same error Same problem. Official changelog: General system stability improvements to enhance the user's experience. This has fixed my issues and I didn't have to reset my switch or format my gb card.
