Use one cookie to pass values like conxerr, nodata, true, false etc. While using IE11 for testing, the condition was always true and setTimeout kept looping for the code below. I introduced a condition to check the cookie being returned from the servlet for conxerr, nodata and false any other error that is not caught and called internalCallbacks.
